during the week. He always has a big hug
waiting for everyone. He loves to go to
preschool with his buddies and enjoys having his mom as a teacher. He learned to swim this summer in Arizona from
the best swimming teacher, his Auntie Renee and loves to go often. He is so excited for Santa to come and loves
all the Christmas decorations and lights.
Brett/Nadine
can’t believe our boys are getting so big.
We had a great summer camping in our new trailer and spending time with
our extended families. We explored Alberta this summer and saw lots of amazing
things. We love to cheer the boys on in
their extra curricular activities and seeing them succeed. We look forward to
the New Year and all the blessings and experiences it will bring to our family.
This
past year has taught us patience and faith in the Lords timing. We have learned that we need to trust in Him
completely and that we can rely on our Savior to change us and shape us into
the individuals He wants us to be. We
love the Christmas season and the peace that we feel in our homes as we focus
our families on the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ.
“Born in a stable, cradled in a manger, He came forth from heaven to
live on earth as mortal man and to establish the kingdom of God. During His earthly ministry, He taught men
the higher law. His glorious gospel
reshaped the thinking of the world. He
blessed the sick. He caused the lame to
walk, the blind to see, the deaf to hear.
He even raised the dead to life.
To us He has said, ‘Come follow me’.
As we seek Christ, as we find Him,
as we follow Him, we shall have the Christmas spirit, not for one fleeting day
each year, but as a companion always. We
shall learn to forget ourselves. We
shall turn our thoughts to the greater benefit of others.” –Thomas S.
Monson
